  3. Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address. You will be notified of the pickup schedule via email or SMS.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality check.

  • Inspection: Our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2.
  • Approval: If the return is approved, we will initiate your refund within 48 hours.
  • Refund Timeline: The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
  • Rejection: If the returned item does not pass the quality check, it will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be issued.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item (e.g., a different size or color).

8. Return Shipping

For all eligible returns, we provide a free reverse pickup service. Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
