Thank you for shopping at Better Shopping Hub! We are dedicated to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and guidelines.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Timelines & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time varies by location:

  • Metro Cities: 2 – 4 business days
  • Tier II & III Cities: 4 – 7 business days
  • Remote Locations (including North-East India, J&K, Andaman & Nicobar Islands): 7 – 10 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Delays are possible due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical challenges, or high-volume periods like festivals.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer a simple and transparent shipping rate structure:

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders with a total value of ₹499 or more.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping charge of ₹50 will be applied.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal handling fee of ₹40 may be applied to all COD orders. This will be clearly stated at the time of checkout.

Any special shipping or handling charges for oversized or heavy items will be mentioned on the respective product page.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email and an SMS containing the tracking number and a link to the courier partner’s website. You can use this to track the status of your shipment. You can also find the tracking information in the “My Orders” section of your account on our website.

5. Serviceable Areas

Better Shopping Hub delivers to most PIN codes across India. To check if delivery is available for your location, please enter your PIN code on the product page or at checkout. If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will request you to provide an alternative shipping address or cancel the order with a full refund.

6. Delivery Process

  • Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package up to three times before it is returned to our warehouse.
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner may contact you to reschedule.
  • To ensure a secure and successful delivery, the delivery agent may request a valid form of identification.

7. Incorrect Address or Unavailability

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address, including a mobile number. Better Shopping Hub is not liable for delays or loss of products due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because the recipient was unavailable, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at an additional cost.
